Peacefully passed away at home on December 3, 2012, aged 66 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at 3.45pm.

I feel so lucky to have had you as my Dad and will treasure the memories I have forever. I know you haven't left us, as I can feel you by my side each and everyday, which is giving me the strength to carry on.
