Sadly passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, aged 62 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at St Patricks Roman Catholic Church, Walsall, on Friday, December 14, 2012, at 10.30am, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium West Chapel.

Family flowers only by request, however, if donations desired to the Macmillan Nurses.
