Who passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on November 26, 2012, aged 62 years.

The Church Service is to take place on Tuesday, December 18, at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Beacon Hill Cemetery, at 2.30pm.

All welcome for light refreshments afterwards at The Olde White Rose Public House, Bilston.
