Passed away suddenly on Monday, November 26.

Funeral to take place on December 5, at West Bromwich Crematorium, at 1.45pm.

A Celebration of Carol's life will take place at The Conservative Club, Owen Street, Tipton.

Family flowers only, donations to The Dogs Trust, Macmillian Cancer and Alsop House.



Goodbye Mom, we are sad you had to go but it's comforting to us to know that you have been reunited with your loving Husband Jardin.
