Died, Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at Russells Hall Hospital.
Reception into Holy Trinity Church, Farrington Road, Ettingshall, on Thursday, December 6, at 4pm.
Requiem Mass to be held on Friday, December 7, at 10.30am.
It is Audrey's request that no mourning clothes be worn, bright colours please.
