Passed away after a short illness, on November 17, 2012, aged 60 years.

Devoted Wife of Stephen, much loved Mother of Vicky, Debbie and Steven, adored Nan of Amy, Kelly, Luke and Jacob and Great-Nan of Morgan.

She will be very sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Tuesday, December 4, at 11.40am.
