Funeral Service will take place at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, on November 16, 2012, at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations welcome and going to towards a stroke charity.

You were taken without warning, your going left hearts filled with pain but though you are gone, in our hearts you will always remain.
