Jayne Unexpectedly passed away at New Cross Hospital, on June 18, 2019, aged 52.

Our lives no longer seem complete since the sudden loss of our best Friend, a wonderful Partner and loving Mother.

In our hearts you will always stay, so loved and remembered every day.

So dearly missed by Partner Alan, Children Toni, Mitchell, Elle Megan and Grandson Lucas.

Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Thursday, July 18, at 12 noon.
