Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, November 1, 2012.

The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium, on Monday, November 12, 2012, at 11.30am.

Family flowers only or donations if desired to be forwarded to St. Giles' Hospice. A collection Tube will be available at the Crematorium, cheques should be made payable to the chosen charity.
