Passed away peacefully at home with his Family and Friends at his bedside, on November 4, 2012, aged 74 years.

Much loved Husband of Val and devoted Dad to Adam.

Brian will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Tuesday, November 20, 12,20pm.

Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for Brians chosen Charities.
