Heartfelt thanks for all the messages of condolence, support and loving thoughts extend to Adam's Family on the occasion of his death.

Donations given in lieu of flowers will be given to Brain Tumour Charities in due course.

I know he would have wanted to thank everyone who attended his Funeral Service, especially people who made long journeys to be there.

He lived his life to the full, in his too short 33 years, his Family are immensely proud of his courage and fortitude throughout his illness. Someone so special will never be forgotten.
