Passed away at home on Sunday, August 19, 2012, aged 34 years. Adored Wife of Nicholas and devoted Mother of Jack, Joe and Noah. Treasured Daughter of Barbara and Malcolm and a much loved Sister of Matthew.

Funeral Service will take place at 10am, on Monday, September 3, at St Paul's Church, Coven, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.

Afterwards the Family request that you join them at The Memorial Hall, Coven.

No flowers, donations received in memory of Gemma willbe forwarded to The Neuroendocrinde Tumour Trust and Stafford General Hospital.
