Passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 31, 2017.

Patrick was much loved and will be missed dearly by all of his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at St Mary's R.C Church, Cannock at 12.30pm, followed by a Burial at Stile Cop Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.
