Passed away in the wonderful care of Swan House Care Home, Pooles Lane, on January 2, 2018.

The Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at 3.45pm.

Afterwardsat the Ashmore Public House, Ashmore Park.

Family flowers only.

Donations welcome for Dementia UK.

A collection box will be provided at the Service.

You are at peace now Mom and Nan and reunited with Dad.

We will love and miss you always.
