God blessed us with a lovely little boy on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 but sadly he passed away four days later, on Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Diana, Princess of Wales Children's Hospital, in Birmingham.

Funeral Service to take place on Friday, January 20, 2012, at 3.45pm, Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel.

By special request of Parents, Mourners are not to be dressed in black.

No flowers, donations please to be divided between New Cross Hospital (PICU) and Diana, Princess of Wales Children's Hospital, Birmingham (PICU).
